Client has us out tot day because he says he has a leak somewhere below the wood floor in the kitchen. The leak has caused immediate damage to the wooden floor in the kitchen as well as the ceiling has fallen in due to water damage in the basement below. During my inspection I found the leak to be coming from the kitchen faucet, the faucets supply line siddenly ruptured and is leaking constantly. I presented options and today we went with replacing the faucet entirely. Work is complete and water is back on with no leaks.
Came out for whole home inspection did inspection gave estimate on findings
Customer called us out for a clogged kitchen sink in the kitchen sink. On arrival customer told me it was most likely food waste. He had also removed the p-trap and the right arm of the waste line the put Draino down before calling us. Left sink was not having any clog but the right was. I checked pipe with a light and saw it was only a small area that was clogged. Due to draino I was unable to take the waste arms apart. I used a sink plunger to quickly clear the one problem area. I also recommended Endure for the customer for any grease build up and to maintain the pipes from the kitchen sink. Customer did not want me to look at his water heater or test house pressure.

Client has us out today because their water heater has ruptured from the tank and is leaking in the unfinished basement. The water heater is a Rheem liquid propane unit that’s out of manufactures life expectancy. I presented options and today we decided to replace the old heater. We went back with a Rudd brand that’s 50 gallons.
For this job, I did a HomeCare Electrical Inspection Replaced Doorbell chime - Front door Replace Exhaust Fan – Upstairs Bathroom: Remove the existing outdated unit that was no longer working and installed a new exhaust fan to improve ventilation and reduce moisture buildup. Despite experiencing a delay in my work and a disruption to my presentation caused by a ServiceTitan system crash, I maintained a customer-focused approach. To demonstrate goodwill and uphold service excellence, I proactively replaced the customer-supplied electrical outlet and wall plate in the living room at no additional charge.
Home Care - Single system Spring/Fall Maintenance. Completed the HVAC heating and cooling inspection checklist. I ran the system in heat and cooling for 30 minutes and the system is operating but is in need of some maintenance and repairs. I cleared the drain lines with my mighty pump to assure that the system was draining properly. Please refer to my Inspection checklist for details. I left options for the customer to have her R22 2003 system serviced so that it can perform at it optimum efficiency. I also recommended an Installer supervisor to come out and go over options to replace the system as the unit have some issues and the refrigerant is obsolete. The customer decided to have an install supervisor out to go over options to replace the system. In the meantime she still wanted a new thermostat so I installed one for her.
