The leak was coming from a half inch hot waterline. I shut the water off to the building, and drain the water distribution system. After draining the water distribution system, I proceeded to repair the pinhole leak. After the repair the water distribution system was pressurized. Tested for leaks. My professional recommendation is to re-pipe the entire water distribution system of potable water because multiple repairs have been made with evidence to show, and the material used for the piping is recalled.

Remove spout for upstairs hallway bathroom tub and repair seal. Found out the copper was way too. Short for the tub spout. There was already access to the shower valve from the closet. Remove to 90 for the spout and replace the section of copper so that it was longer and replaced tub spout and tested good. No more leaks! Thank you for choosing TE for your plumbing needs

The reason for our appointment today is that the upstairs HVAC system is not cooling. Upon arrival customer also stated she would like to see if we could take a look at her downstairs unit because it’s not cooling properly either. Upon inspection of the downstairs system found that there was too much filtration and system and filters were completely clogged up. Upon removing the filters that were inside 14 x 14 filter grills performed inspection over downstairs system. Upon inspection of downstairs system found that the refrigerant is a close charge, but cannot guarantee due to cleanliness of outdoor unit. Upon inspection of the inside system found that the system has a 20 x 20 x 4 filter, the blower wheel was clean, the blower capacitor was bad and needs to be replaced. The system is a 4 ton gas furnace that is within 10% range of duct return. This system has no UV protection. Opponent inspection of the upstairs system found that the system had created ceiling damage. System leaked an

Upon arrival, the customer showed us to the water heaters located in the basement. Customer states that he has had lukewarm water since Monday. performed thorough evaluation and found that the left side water heater was not heating due to a tripped breaker. upon further inspection, found that the water heater was leaking from internal components, causing the breaker to trip. With customers approval, we drained down and removed both units and replace them with two new 50 gallon electric water heaters. Repiped the area with copper and proper strapping. Due to low static water pressure of 40 psi we also replaced the 3/4” PRV located in the Gym. After completing all repairs, we pressurize the home, energize the units and Allowed the units to cycle to full temperature to confirm proper function. Tested the new static water pressure holding at 60PSI, no further issues detected.
