Awesome Service!

Dalton came to our home timely to troubleshoot. Dalton definitely knows HVACs, is very professional, and cordial. We really appreciate Dalton for sharing his knowledge, he quickly diagnosed our issues and fixed our upstairs thermostat on the spot. We are now enjoying cool air again upstairs. Dalton gave us a quote to fix the compressor downstairs.

Completed bid work. Cleaned both outdoor coils, installed two new wet switches. Cleaned both blower wheels. Installed two new UV lights for air quality. Also use the mighty pump to clean out both drain lines. Both units are now clean and running properly.

Customer had us out today for a no cool upstairs. On arrival, tenant stated that the downstairs is cool, but the upstairs does not cool. The tenant also stated that the entire house is warm when temperatures exceeds 80 degrees as if the system can’t keep up. Upon inspection of the indoor system, found that ductwork is damaged allowing air to escape into the attic. The upstairs thermostat has been bypassed, the upstairs zoning has also been bypassed. The ductwork is also undersized, and some of the ductwork has collapsed. Also found that there is no filter in the filter vent, this has caused the blower wheel and evaporator coil to become extremely dirty, this also causes airflow restriction that results in a strain on the system. Upon inspection of the outdoor unit, found that the condenser coils are very dirty. Also found that the wiring for the unit is burnt and has exposed wire. This is a fire hazard, this also indicates that a fire happened with in the system. We left the system out

Troubleshoot electrical issue. Issue: outlets in bathrooms, not working. Outlets outside, not working. When grills plugged into family room it tripped the breaker. LOCATION: bathroom outside family room FINDINGS: when I first arrived, customer reset GFI in bathroom and restore power to bathroom outlets. GFI on back porch still do not work and grill tripped the breaker when you plugged into the family room. RESOLUTION: change GFI out to working weatherproof GFI install new bubble cover. I found out the GFI in the back is also on the family room circuit so it is possible to grill may overload that circuit.
