We really appreciate Dalton for sharing his knowledge, he quickly diagnosed our issues and fixed our upstairs thermostat on the spot. We are now enjoying cool air again upstairs. I arrived to the customers home and they had a back up only affecting their laundry room located in the garage. The customer attempted to sneak out the line himself and pulled back tree roots. Today I discussed with the customer how it would be most beneficial to figure out where the section of compromised piping is by doing a camera inspection. The piping was so corroded, My camera would not push past. Phase One of multiple phase project was quoted, the estimate provided would be good for 30 days

Came out today to perform one system HVAC service call. Upon arrival Customer stated that they had a company previously out. Customer stated that the unit stopped tripping breakers after the previous company had left and was no longer coming on at all. Upon inspection of the system found that the windings for the compressor were grounded, the thermostat was not set up properly, the system was a R 22 refrigerant system. Due to findings today it is recommended to replace the system due to R 22 being obsolete and the age of the system. At this time, customer wants to proceed with getting a quote for a new system.

Arrived at a no heat call. Performed a full diagnostic check on a 2006 gas furnace. The system went through its sequence of operation and failed a the flame sensor. The system ran for about a minute but then cut off because the flame was not proven. We tested the flame sensor, it was faulty so we replaced it. We continue diagnosing the system and found a few additional concerns. We left the customer options for the other repairs. The system is currently working to the manufacturer’s specifications.
