Troubleshoot for lighting circuit in kitchen and installed 3 new fixtures in kitchen, 3 for 2 deal with troubleshoot
Today I came out for plugs and lights out on the back wall in the living room. Upon inspection, I found all breakers were good. I searched farther and found a trip GFI below the panel. The GFI is old but did reset. I offered quote for replacement. Customer declined. I will be giving other quotes for safety and code upgrades.
Was called out to this home today due to no heat. Upon inspection first thing I noticed was the inducer motor is completely gone. Upon further inspection found that the burners are very rusty and need to be replaced. Also found the blower motor very dirty if I clean the blower motor, it will cause the blower to fail. The reason for filling is you relieve all the stress and the motor doesn’t know how to handle it. Upon further inspection also found a crack in the heat exchanger. Also on the blower motor, the capacitor is weak and out of range. Upon inspection of the outdoor unit found debris on the inside and coils very dirty. After bringing all these issues to the homeowners attention, he would like to proceed and have an install manager come out and give him quotes on updating his system. System is shut down right now due to safety concern of electrical from the inducer motor being gone.
Install three customer supplied ring floodlight cameras
Today we did a troubleshoot and repair. During the troubleshoot, we looked at the wiring and how it went into the Home pulled out the phone jack and discovered that it was broken. In order to fix this, I had to run to Home Depot to pick up the only phone jack part that they sell and installed on the far wall in the master bedroom. The phone now has a dialtone and is functioning properly.
Install new eyebolt. Strip wire back and install new Weatherhead so ga power can connect to all three wires.
