Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns.
Homeowner had us out today because the system is not cooling. Upon arrival we noticed that there is a Goodman unit from 2018. We noticed that the outdoor unit was not running on a call for cooling. We tested electrical and found that we were not getting 240 V outside to the unit. We checked the breaker and found that the breaker was tripped. After resetting the breaker, we tested all the other electrical and noticed that the contactor and capacitor are worn out and will need to be replaced. We also noticed that the Outdoor coil is very dirty and needs to be clean. Homeowner approved to have all repairs made. System is cooling at time of departure.
Customer called us out for a main drain stoppage. We will have to attempt to remove stoppage by snaking main drain from outside cleanout. We will also have a camera technician come perform a sewer inspection. Successfully cleared the blockage and had camera technician come out. Cleaned up the area.

Homeowner had us out today because their system is not cooling. Upon arrival we noticed that it is currently 77° inside the home and the system is off. Homeowner informed us that even when they turn the system to cooling that nothing at all comes on. We noticed that the emergency drain pan for the unit was completely full of water and the float which was engaged, preventing the system from running. We explained to the homeowner that we had to clear all the water for the system to run and figure out where the water is coming from. The system is a 2019 Lennox heat pump. We found that the condensate drain was completely clogged having water back up into the system and into the emergency drain. We also noticed some biological growth on the inside of the unit. After getting the outdoor system to run, we checked refrigerant pressures and noticed that the system was low on refrigerant indicating a leak within the system. We found a leak at evaporator coil. The system still has a warranty unti

Homeowner has us out today because the basement system isn’t cooling properly. Upon arrival we noticed that there is a 23 year old split system R-22. We found that the capacitor, contactor and the compressor are failed. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Today I came out for plugs and lights out on the back wall in the living room. Upon inspection, I found all breakers were good. I searched farther and found a trip GFI below the panel. The GFI is old but did reset. I offered quote for replacement. Customer declined. I will be giving other quotes for safety and code upgrades.
Was called out to this home today due to no heat. Upon inspection first thing I noticed was the inducer motor is completely gone. Upon further inspection found that the burners are very rusty and need to be replaced. Also found the blower motor very dirty if I clean the blower motor, it will cause the blower to fail. The reason for filling is you relieve all the stress and the motor doesn’t know how to handle it. Upon further inspection also found a crack in the heat exchanger. Also on the blower motor, the capacitor is weak and out of range. Upon inspection of the outdoor unit found debris on the inside and coils very dirty. After bringing all these issues to the homeowners attention, he would like to proceed and have an install manager come out and give him quotes on updating his system. System is shut down right now due to safety concern of electrical from the inducer motor being gone.
