Came out today due to system not cooling. Upon a visual inspection found no water in the drain pan that was triggering the aqua guard. I also found that the indoor system was running, but it was not cooling. It was blowing out warmer. Upon inspection of the outdoor system had no power at the disconnect. Upon inspection of the outdoor system found that the 10 gauge wire going into the system was not installed properly, and it was just hanging the vibration of the system from running, had sliced through the metal wire because there was no Romax connector connected to secure the wire. Also upon inspection found that the outdoor capacitor is bad on the fan side, the contactor is very burnt impeded, the indoor system has no TE standard flood protection, there is no UV protection on the system, upon inspection of the inside system found that the evaporator coil is very dirty. Upon presenting all options to homeowner, he only chose to do a Band-Aid repair, which was to get the system back up

Performed only system service call due to system not cooling. Upon inspection of the system found outdoor system is a rude heat pump that is from 2011 and 22 refrigerant. Upon inspection of the outdoor system found that it is low on our 22 refrigerant causing the system to freeze up. Upon inspection of the indoor system found 2012 Amana gas furnace and coil. Upon Inspection of the attic found at the flue pipe for the furnace is not up to code, Drain line is stuffed into a dry plumbing stack, The blower will is very dirty, The blower capacitor is bad. The blower motor is pulling high amps due to a Bad capacitor and buildup. Upon speaking to the customer about r 22 being out an outdated Refrigerant and explained to her that I cannot add refrigerant to the system due to it being Discontinued. Giving options to homeowner. She wants to have a quote that is an AC coil only and she would also like to receive quotes for full system. If she does, the AC coil only also include one of the quotes

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Replaced capacitor and cleaned coil on single system house. Also found the supply and return side are a ton short on airflow each. Customer wants estimates to replace and upsize duct work and add zoning to system.

Upon arrival customer stated that system had stopped working and has been down for 3 days. After inspection of 7 year old heat pump system. Found that system emergency drain pan was filled with water causing switch to activate and turn off system. Found pea trap in drain line is clogged. Unit is hard to open due to location the right side is hard to access. Evaporator coil is very dirty, changed (16x20x1) system filter. Checked outdoor unit, disconnect very warped and hard to pull out, condenser coils very clogged and dirty, aged capacitor and contactor. Gave customer estimate for repairs, clean drain line, evaporator coil would have to be pulled and cleaned, clean condenser coils, change capacitor and contactor, added wet pan switch and in line float switch for flood protection. Customer was not able to do any of the repair options due to being on fixed income and oxygen. Got with supervisor he approved for me to get water out of drain pan and clear drain line. Did both. Advised custo

Returned on site, Wednesday July 9th to complete work that was signed for. Today we rebuilt the upstairs hallway bathroom three handle tub/shower, installed a vanity along with hooking up the water and drains, replaced the master bathroom shower valve with a customer supplied single handle American standard valve (no warranty due to being cs) as well as installing a prv and a washing machine box. All work is done and water is back on with no leaks.

System has a (16x20x1) filter, no filter rack installed, filter inside the equipment. Furnace has no data information is 16+ years old the ac and coil is 16 years old r22 refrigerant. Checked over all operations of system, upon arrival tenant explained to me that they were having air flow issues to the left side of home. Stated that they run a portable ac unit all day due to system not being able to keep up until night time. Found that there are a lot of air leaks in the supply plenum. Duct runs were taped using duct tape and are falling apart from system. Duct system is in poor shape and old. There is not enough return air vents In home and instead of being in deleting they are installed in the walls towards the floor. Thermostat sits in the hot area of the home. Blower wheel has a lot of biological growth build up, blower capacitor is bad, a lot of biological gro

Troubleshoot on tripping fridge circuit led to a flying junction in crawl space nd undersized wires ran from the junction causing issues. Ran new properly sized wire to both fridge and dishwasher, added boxes and plates to crawl space junction and stapled wire and ran through joists properly, added dual function since it terminates in a heated and cooled space.
