Customer stated no heat. During inspection tested sequence of operation. Found inducer kicking on and pressure switch pulling in. Igniter came on but gas valve never received voltage to open. We diagnosed it as bad control board. Picked up control board from Daikin in lithia springs. Came back and installed new board. Tested system and it is now running and heating. Let system run for 15 minutes. System heating properly. Placed yard sign.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Heat exchanger is completed busted. System running flames outside of burners. Shut down system. Left power off, left pressure switch unplugged turned gas valve off in the system. Do not recommend repairs.

Customer had us out due to system not heating properly. During inspection found customer has hog hair filters and the three returns in home. Let customer know these can become restrictive. Found dirty blower that will lower the efficiency of the system. During inspection also noticed undersized plenums and very sloppy aged duct work. While testing system found one set of heat strips running. Customer has 10kw but is only running off of 5kw. System is straight ac with a fan coil. Outdoor unit is 23 years old and r22. Air handler is 12 years old and has failed heat strips. Presented options to customer and he elected to go with system replacement. Having install supervisor come out and quote new system update.

Client has us out today because he is needing the back hose bib replaced, the hose seized onto the bib and he was attempting to remove it and twisted the copper stub out and caused a leak. This is the clients girlfriends house and she isn’t here yet so I was only able to access the outside, the client states the piping is accessible on the opposite side via unfished basement. I presented options and today we just went with replacing the hose bib. Work is done and water is on with no leaks.

Found that the sewer ejector pump in basement was turner to where the float was sticking on the side of tank which caused the pump to constantly run tripping the breaker. Also had 1 grommet not in place and the check valve wasn’t sealed properly causing the bad odor. Turned the pump so the float moves freely, installed the grommet properly and added a short piece of 2” pipe/ coupling to make check valve seal properly. Tested and inspected, working properly. “Advised customer to have there handyman install a GFCI outlet for pump”.

Returned on site to complete slab repair, American leak detection was out and used pressure to find the leak and marked on the wall. Opened the slab and found a pin hole in the 3/4 copper line, cut the section out and went back with a repair, covered the area and poured concrete back. We are not responsible for flooring or drywall and client is aware. Also replaced main water shut off and prv.

Client has us out today because they have a toilet that runs even when you shut the water off at the toilet. Arrived on site and found the hallway dual flush toilet to be running constantly, also quickly found that the multi turn style shut off for the toilet does not work. Clients fill valve will not turn off as the float does move freely but does not stop the flow once it reaches the maximum float level. I also found the client has extremely high water pressure on the home which is the direct result of the issue with the toilet. I presented options and today we went with a minor rebuild on the hallway toilet (fill valve and supply line replaced) and replacing the shut off to the same toilet, we opted not to fix the pressure related issues so there is no warranty on the work performed today.

Client has us out today because she is wanting the cabinets in the kitchen installed as well as the drop in sink and plumbing tries in below the cabinet for the sink and faucet. Client has not received her counter tops yet so we cannot install the drop in sink or cabinets. However we can install the proper stubbed out plumbing to prepare us for when the counter tops arrive. Returned on site Friday to complete install of rough in plumbing for the cabinets and sink. Work is complete and water is back on with no leaks, pvc drain is capped off to contain sewer smell.

Run k400 machine in kitchen sink to remove intermittent partial blockage. Customer was experiencing intermittent slow draining in kitchen sink. Went ahead and ran k400 cable. Brought back small chunks of grease/hair from drain. Reassembled drain and tested for leaks, everything draining fine! Left estimate for stopper/strainer replacement.

Performed diagnostic troubleshooting on a timer controlling an outlet for a pool pump. The circuit breaker was tripping instantly, indicating a direct short in the system. Upon inspection, I identified that the recently installed timer had been incorrectly wired. The issue stemmed from a jumper wire mistakenly run from the neutral terminal to the NO1 (Normally Open) terminal—likely due to a misinterpretation of the "N" terminal as "Neutral" rather than recognizing it as part of the timer's control logic. Previous installer believed there was 2 line side neutral terminal's. This incorrect wiring caused a direct short when the timer activated. I corrected the issue by removing the neutral jumper and properly wiring the black load wire from the outlet to the NO1 terminal. The circuit was tested and confirmed to be operating safely and as intended.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Upon arrival outdoor breaker was tripped. Found cap to be bad. Put a new cap on and compressor is pulling LRA amps that trip breaker after about 10 seconds of start up. Also found the furnace not heating due to a bad control board. System is over 22 yrs old. Customer elected to get estimates from install supervisor that is scheduled today 2-5pm. Left breaker off outside and fan running on the inside.

Came out for a local call. Upon arrival, discovered that one of the furnaces on the high voltage side was not wired in at all. They are wire nut together and need to be wired in properly and safely. New romex needed from junction box to furnace itself. All low voltage needs to be rewired and secured properly. Both systems have bad door switches and furnace boards. These parts are going to need to be replaced before any other troubleshooting can be complete. Scheduled install supervisor to come out and give estimates. Do not recommend repairs due to aids of system and the fact that we are looking at a high price just to get these units started up. House is kind of a duplex style one thermostat two systems, one supply trunk line one return trunk line. The system can be replaced with just one 5 ton system on the house as well. Recommended to convert over to one system to eliminate having to maintain two systems versus one. Left systems off at the switches as they were up upon arrival
