Recently needed a new transmitter & doorbell kit installed. Steven came right out and was an AWESOME help! He was extremely knowledgeable & patient as he answered all of my questions and concerns. He provided me with multiple options & quotes unlike other companies who would give the highest quote possible as a money grab. And the best part of all, I have a doorbell now! GIVE STEVEN A RAISE. Lol. 5 stars, would absolutely recommend.

Replaced faulty outdoor WR outlet on the left side of the house near the AC unit. The existing outlet had a loose hot wire due to improper backstab installation. Installed a new weather-resistant outlet with wires securely wrapped around terminal screws. Verified proper operation—everything tested and working. Customer satisfied.

For today’s job, I performed an extensive troubleshooting session on multiple chandelier lift systems throughout the home. In the dining room, I found the lift motor was incorrectly wired—specifically, the line-side neutral was connected to the switch leg neutral, and the switch leg neutral was wired to the motor neutral. I corrected the issue by re-tapping the neutrals to their proper connections. Additionally, the key switch controlling the lift had a loose connection; I resolved this by securing the low-voltage wiring to ensure reliable contact with the lift motor. It was also noted that the dining room lift is installed too low, causing the electrical box to protrude from the ceiling. In the living room (adjacent to the fireplace), I discovered the lift was raised too high in the attic, preventing the ceiling contact plates from making proper electrical connection. As a result, the chandelier is not receiving power. The entire lift assembly will need to be lowered so the box sits f

Returned on site to complete quoted work, today we removed the soft copper gas supply and capped the tie in with a 1/2 black iron nipple and cap. We then broke loose the 3/4 black iron supply for the furnace and added a tee and ran the supply to the water heater with a new flex supply and sediment trap. Work is done but gas is not on, gas company has the meter taped and locked.

Inspected upstairs system. Found rust inside furnace and heat exchanger. System is currently operating. From 2007. No inline flood protection and damaged drain pain. Blower is dirty. Filter is old and fragile. Evap coil is very rusted as well. Outdoor unit coil is very dirty. Cap is bad and also contactor. Cleared drain lines on both units. Tested heat as well system does have some bouncing flames but found no cracks or holes in heat exchanger. System is operating on departure. Emailed over pictures and estimates.

Performed one system no cool. This is the only system in the home. Upon inspection found that the indoor system was running but outdoor system was not running. The indoor system is from 2006. The outdoor system had no data plate but on the inside charging plate found out this is an R 22 system. Upon testing system found outdoor capacitor completely dead on both the condenser fan and compressor. Also found the contactor bad on the system. It was very burnt and pitted. Upon checking the inside system found that the filter for the system is not the correct size. The indoor blower capacitor is bad. The indoor coil has lots of rust buildup. The condensate drain line for the system is not ran level. It goes down downhill and back uphill, which is not proper. The blower will is very compacted on the system. The heat exchanger has lots of discoloration and Rust, but did not find any visible cracks at this time. Also put temporary capacitor on outdoor system to test functions of system and foun

Customer called us out for a main drain stoppage. I will attempt to remove the stoppage by using the snake in the front of house clean out. I was successfully able to remove stoppage and restore proper drainage to the home. We have a camera technician coming out between 2 PM and 5 PM. Also, I observed the customer has a pipe separation at the tub waste and overflow pipe. We have a service technician coming out to look at this situation. Customer is very satisfied.

Completed bid work. Built a return Plenum and installed to the unit. Added a return and supply to the upstairs room where it was needed. The room is now getting adequate air and is cooling. The system now has correct return air. Customer also signed up for the home care. we discontinued the supply run that ran into the bonus room. We added a larger supply run to that bonus room. We also added return air to the bonus room because there was no return. The system is now running according to specifications.
