I had an excellent experience with this plumbing company. From the moment they arrived, the team was punctual, professional, and respectful of my home. They took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and made sure I understood all the options before starting. The job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. I really appreciated how courteous and considerate the team was throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find a company that combines expertise with such great customer service. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Recently needed a new transmitter & doorbell kit installed. Steven came right out and was an AWESOME help! He was extremely knowledgeable & patient as he answered all of my questions and concerns. He provided me with multiple options & quotes unlike other companies who would give the highest quote possible as a money grab. And the best part of all, I have a doorbell now! GIVE STEVEN A RAISE. Lol. 5 stars, would absolutely recommend.

Clear 2nd floor blockage affecting master bathroom Customer was experiencing 2nd floor blockage in master bathroom affecting fixtures and laundry drain. Upon arrival i noticed sewage came back up through the shower drain. I pulled master toilet to run k400 cable machine to clear blockage. After running cable multiple times we were successful in restoring proper flow. We ran water in multiple fixtures to ensure we restored proper flow and were successful. Customer would like camera inspection to further investigate.
Today we came out due to system not heating. Upon arrival, our customer stated she believed it was the thermostat. Thermostat was glitching each time I pushed a button on it. We walked into the attic where unit is located and it was trying to heat. However, as soon as flames were ignited, flames would cutout almost immediately. The flame sensor had carbon build up preventing it from sensing the flame. We cleaned it off and system fired up with no issues. After going over all findings and options, customer has agreed to move forward with changing out the thermostat, cleaning the blower wheel, and signing up for the home care plan. All work has being completed and system is operational at time of departure. It was a pleasure to meet you today and I hope you have a great week! Let’s hope for a much better Falcons season and RISE UP!
Came in it for toilet running constantly gave estimate to replace fill valve and Mansfield seal, supply customer agreed took out old parts replaced with new parts tested no failure at this time.
Came out for leak found that the overflow lose tighten tested by filling tub up though the overflow ran for 5 minutes or so checked could not find any leaks at this time.
As we arrived today, we found that Georgia power had disconnected from the house because a tree limb had fallen on the powerline. The meter serviced mast pipe was clearly leaning to the right when we arrived at the meter base. Nothing in the meter appeared to be damaged, including the hub on top where the pipe connected to it. After examining the pipe on top of the roof, all indications appear that this pipe was like this before the tree fell. The plywood that was installed under the roof shingles probably when the roof was redone was installed with the pipe leaning. We had to cut out a piece of the plywood so that we could properly pull the pipe over level and re-strap it on the unstrap below. Once that was done, everything was level and all connections were solid. The rubber boot that was on the pipe to begin with. We tried to slide it back under the shingles the best we could. Some of the shingles were ripped in areas, and I explained to Efrem he should definitely get a roof guy co

Called out for an overflowing toilet . Ram cable throughout line to clear blockage. Blockage was waste line is open and flowing at this time.Property medics to come out later
Created multiple quotes for necessary and safety concerns
Replaced customer supplied kitchen faucet and performed minor rebuild on main floor toilet. Tested and inspected. Working properly with no leaks.
Installed junction box in crawl space
Arrived and found that the customer has had an increasing water bill for the last three months with no signs of a leak. Dye tested all three toilets and no leaks. Watched meter for several minutes and no indication of a leak. Checked pressure and turned on multiple faucets the pressure went from about 70 down to 20psi which indicates that the pressure reducing valve is failing, allowing excessive pressure into home at night. Replaced pressure reducing valve in garage. Set pressure to 65psi.
