Upon arrival we completed previously quoted work, We cut open a small section of the ceiling around the water stain in the ceiling. We thoroughly tested both bathrooms above the kitchen, and found no active issues. The stain in the ceiling had zero moisture content. We identified drip marks coming off of the upstairs hallway, bathroom toilet drain From a previous leak, we were unable to re-create at this time.
