Upon arrival customer stated that their heat stopped working last night and was blowing cold air through the vents. After inspection of system found that control board failed not allowing 24 volts to power up gas valve, gas valve is also bad when system does send voltage the solenoid inside the gas valve is popping the primary fuse at the control board. Inducer draft motor was able to run and found windings inside motor are going bad and motor is loud on start up and shut down. Removed the top off package unit to inspect inside system, found that return plenum is very dirty, and no filter present at the system, customer did state they change different filters inside the return intakes inside the home. Evaporator coil is dirty and the condenser coil is very clogged and dirty. The outdoor disconnect is making a popping noise at breaker when power is actively turned on to system. Checked the duct system under house and duct work in in very bad shape. A lot of the duct runs are aged and ha
