Performed 1 system diagnostic for main level unit. Found evap coil freezing from restriction in coil and in txv. Dirty blower, no te stand flood protection, rusted drain pan, and found compressor slugging. Customer stated issues started last year and previous company charged unit but never fixed the issue. Unit is out of warranty. Will need to order part if customer would like repairs. Customer declined install supervisor at this time. Unit is non operational. Payment collected for diagnostic only.
