Today we came out for main level ac short cycling 2020 daikin 3 ton split 16 seer. Cycled equipment from thermostat checked operations found ac going out on low pressure. Upon checking refrigerant pressures found completely impacted condenser coil and fence right on condenser coil causing high pressures. Performed electronic leak search found evaporator coil leaking in basement. Checked availability on coil and it’s 10 days out. Gave customer options and they are gonna get other quotes. Flue piping on furnace is not up to code and client has minimal flood protection Customer has poor maintenance log
