Joaquin installed two ceiling fans for me today. This is the second time I have had Joaquin out, by my request, because he does such good work. He is knowledgeable and updates me if any issues arise. Today, I forgot to order matching downrods for my new fans but told him to use the old ones. Once he had the base of the new fan installed he called me out to confirm I wanted to proceed with the mismatched downrods. Also, there was a problem with pairing the remote to use two fans. The install was complete, and he waited for me to get Hunter tech support on the line. It was a glitch in this particular model and required him to take down/unpair one fan, then reinstall. I’m thankful to have a trusted and dependable electrician.
