At arrival on April 23, 2025 found main floor system not cooling due to water in the drain pan, bad condensate pump, clogged up drain line, dirty air filter, dirty, condenser coil, no wet, safety switch, no SS one safety switch, dirty blower wheels, bad capacitors, dirty duck work. Overall system was in bad conditions. There was water all over the floor when I got there. Give options to customer to address the above issues or upgrade their system. System is 12 years old. Customer approved to address the issues. Properly performed the job and tested system system is operating popular at this time. No issues or concerns.
