Kevian Had us out today because his system is not heating properly. Upon arrival we noticed that the system is currently off. Mr. Weems expressed that the system has not been heating and only blows out cold air. The system is from 2017 and It is out of warranty. We found the outdoor unit not running, and on a low pressure lock out. We performed a quick leak search and noticed that the evaporator coil was leaking and needs to be replaced. We also noticed some bacterial growth inside the unit. We got approved to do the repairs and installed an evaporator coil in a blue tube UV light.
