Replaced capacitor and this did not change anything. Standing pressure in system is 238 on both sides. Even installed a hard start kit with no change. Did a mega home test and compressor shows bad. Will quote a compressor replacement. This system has a very dirty almost completely impacted condenser coil. A basic lack of maintenance has ruined the outdoor equipment. Upon inspection of furnaces, these are 2004 Bryant furnaces. Both have very bad failed heat exchangers. Both are no longer a suitable source for heating
