Garrett arrived soon after my call. He went downstairs and evaluated our problem. He came back and explained the drain problem and what he would need to do to fix it and the approximate cost. After we agreed, he went to work and worked until everything was done and he had cleaned up...which was most of the day. He was very courteous and we felt his evaluation of the problem was accurate.
