System not cooling - 9 year old builder grade gas furnace & AC System not cooling due to being very low on refrigerant and freezing up. Homeowner had cycled system off so all ice had melted on line an evaporator coil. I performed a free electronic leak search and observed a leak on the front right side of the condenser coil “outdoor unit” and also detected a leak on the rusted area of the evaporator coil “indoor coil”. -Poor airflow upstairs -Dirty blower wheel -Compressor over amping -Dual capacitor for the outdoor unit is weak -Electromagnetic contactor on outdoor unit is chattering, pitted, and has weak coil resistance. -Igniter is chalky and weak After going over temporary repairs and permanent repairs, we scheduled for an install supervisor to come out this afternoon.
