Michael is a true professional: knowledgeable, efficient, extremely thorough, concerned and friendly. I would like to make a strong recommendation: I think it would be a strong positive step for TE Certified if there was some way that the plumber could be more closely involved in the communication with the company which has the warranty on parts. It is difficult for a non-professional to know what to say when the warranty company asks questions about the nature of the problem with an identified fixture.
