Upon arrival customer stated she was wanting to have a second opinion done for hvac equipment that controls the main floor when you first walk in. Did a through evaluation of 23 year old system, system and found that blower motor is pulling high amps and failing due to age and very dirty blower wheel. Blower capacitor tested good with no issues. The evaporator coil is very rusted and rust is falling into condensate drain line, went to test condensation pump and found that pump is not working, there was power coming from the outlet, condensation pump has failed. Customer explained to me that thermostat which is located right by front door picks up a heat load whenever the sun is on front of the house, thermostat would to be relocated to a better location to balance system properly. Checked over outdoor unit, capacitor and contactor have been updated found no issues, condenser coils were clean. Unit is aged and has failures advised customer I could put together repair estimates to replac
