Draft inducer motor running non stop, even with thermostat off. Inspected system. Customer replaced circuit board and connected draft inducer motor on the wrong spot, at the board , and it was sending 120v all the time, to the draft inducer motor. I connected motor to the right place , on the board, and system worked normally. Tested system in heating and cooling, from the thermostat l heating is working properly, but blower motor won’t work when it’s in cool mode. Circuit board not sending power to the motor, on cool mode. Need to replace the circuit board, in order to to a full diagnostic. Also, heat exchanger has some heavy hot spots and it’s compromised (didn’t find any crack at this time, but it can occur anytime) and there is no flood protection device installed. System is over 10 years and has some issues and compromised heat exchanger. No label on the furnace to find out model and serial number. Also, ac works with r22 (Freon) that has been phased out since January 2020. Sent e
