Completed first time, homecare maintenance. Customer said that they felt like the system was turning off and on and not heating well. Tested the system fully and found that the rollout switch was slightly popped out the gas valve not to turn on. This was an intermittent problem after turning the system off and on a couple times. When I reset it and pushed it in, the system worked with no issues and did not trip again. Also found the capacitor to the compressor is failing and the outdoor condenser coil is very dirty. The flame center and spark igniter was very dirty and needed to be cleaned. All other components and functions are in good shape right now. No other failures at this time and inform the customer that if that rollout gives him more problems we can come back to replace.
