Customer has 14 y/o Trane system that operates for main level. Furnace located in crawlspace. System is not heating due to bad inducer motor. Noticed during inspection that blower wheel cleaning is needed. No water protection. Flame sensor is faulty. Gas line connection is oxidized. Recommend duct cleaning. Recommend iWave-R Air Ionizer for air purification. Informed customer of all findings. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
