Today Kelly has called us out here because she has water filled in her meter and water is currently leaking in the general vicinity. When doing further investigation, I could hear water leaking in the ground in front of the water meter. Advise that leak is most likely digging it up to get down to it and identify what the piping is. Buried the crown to expose the water main service where I found that it is leaking from the soix chief fitting connecting to the irrigation. Kelly asked us to not reconnect to the irrigation because of the amount of issues that they’ve had with multiple leaks. As requested, I reconnected the main service line and capped the irrigation line to terminate irrigation service. Turn water back on and tested for leaks found no issues.
