During our visit, a new waste and overflow was installed for the upstairs bathtub. The old brass and copper drain was rotted out causing it to leak immediately after turning the water on. Drywall had to be removed in the upstairs bedroom closet to access the backside of the bathtub. Also had to cut a few inches from the ceiling downstairs that was already open. New pvc fittings and pipe were installed along with a new chrome trim. The old cast iron p- trap was also replaced. The tub was filled up to the overflow to test for leaks.
