Shut off water supply, remove all liquid from tank and bowl, pull fixture, verify if flange set is usable-if not, then flange replacement is necessary, remove old wax ring, install new wax ring with new bolts, build new toilet - which includes: setting toilet base, connecting tank to bowl with gasket and bolts, level toilet, add new braided stainless steel supply line, finish with hygienic seal around base, test and adjust if needed, clean up work area and take away old toilet. *HIGHLY RECOMMEND WHOLE HOUSE REPIPE* due to having gray poly throughout the home.
