Our complete experience with TE was exceptional from start to finish. Placing the service call was easy and they responded in a timely manner. Once the technicians arrive (Cole and Chad), their professionalism was exceptional. Cole and Chad worked great together as a team. It's hard to find a service technician like Cole Dunn that has all of the boxes checked. (Customer Service, Strong Technical Knowledge, Professional Appearance, and Communication) This guy is one of a kind! I can't say enough good things about TE. Thanks for the great experience.
