Today we came out for the only system not heating 2022 rheem heat pump split 3 ton. Client just installed Honeywell thermostat during the summer. Went through install instructions found thermostat set up for gas furnace instead of heat pump. Changed to heat pump and energized o in heating. Left all equipment operational and scheduled install supervisor to give options on installing mini split in garage
