We replaced the exhaust fan motors and covers all throughout home. This occurred in the upstairs bathrooms, master bathroom toilet room, main floor bathrooms, and basement bathroom. We upgraded the exhaust fan in the master bathroom by the shower. We installed a new Panasonic bath fan. We set the CFM setting to 80 cfms. This is the middle setting. We fixed ducting issues with all existing bath fans upstairs. We installed 4” to 3” reducers and taped the ducting so that it is properly sealed. We straightened the arms on the foyer chandelier. We also straightened out the sconce lights above the garage doors. We applied caulking to ensure water can not get behind the light fixtures. We also replaced three faulty bulbs in the home. These were covered under the warranty. We also discussed installing a bigger sub panel for future basement circuits.
