Arrived on site and customer stated that the drain tech was on site earlier to clear the line at the kitchen sink. Customer stated the drain tech had trouble snaking the line because of a T fitting. I informed the customer to make the drain repair, I would first have to cut the back of the cabinet in order to quote the repair , which customer agreed. Once I exposed the drains, I provided an additional quote, and customer agreed on the additional quote to make the repair. As I begin repairing the drain, I noticed the water was still holding where I made my cut. I informed the customer that the line was still holding, and the drain tech would need to come back out and clear the line. Customer decided to have the drain tech come out while the line was exposed and have them snake it clear before I finished the repair. I got with dispatch and had them schedule a drain tech to come back out tomorrow between 11 and 2, and I will come out tomorrow between 2 to 5 to finish the drain connecti
