During our visit, a new water service line was installed from the water meter to the inside of the home. A 1” high density polyethylene pipe was buried at 18”+ deep, along with a new dual check valve at the water meter. The penetration was made at the foundation wall with soft copper wrapped in burial tape. The inside and outside of the wall was sealed with hydraulic cement and tar. A shutoff valve was added in a new valve box in front of the water meter as a courtesy. A new pressure reducing valve and main shutoff were also installed in the basement. These repairs were tested for leaks and functionality after completion. Thanks for choosing Te Certified!!!
