Ricky Newsome the plumbing technician was very professional and pleasant to work with. He did his work very cleanly, answered my questions patiently. He gave me the impression and confidence that TE Certified is a good company. Their prices are quite high (30-40% more) compared to competitors though. I hope they can reduce their prices. Otherwise I would highly recommend this company as a repeat customer.
