Upon arrival customer stated he had two systems he think was struck by lightning, one for the basement and upstairs unit, basement unit customer stated he had already replaced transformer and unit was working he just wanted me to put screws in transformer, explained we use oem parts and use screws from oem part as well, customer also stated he wanted a duct moved from one system to another, gave estimate, customer stated he would do it himself, next went to attic unit, customer stated he had home warranty out and they stated he had a failed control board, checked voltage, getting 24v but board not coming on, found burnt on back of board at low voltage, customer had already purchased a board, explained we can out it in but there will be no warranty on repair due to we did not provide board, customer approved, installed new control board, secured all wires , cycled to heat mode , heat is working properly, cycled to ac mode, inspected drain line, explained drain is not up to code due to r
