Came today because system was not working properly. Thermostat had no power when testing system found that faulty transformer burnt. The circuit bore shutting down the system. Completely furnace is over 30 years old and AC and coil is from 2024. After finding issues, let customer know about it represented options. Also gave the option of upgrading furnace to avoid any other further problems. Customer decided to move forward with repairs. Customer understand that furnace is pretty old and it could be other issues in the future. Customer also has the gas company coming on Monday to get the gas running. However, I test the system in cooling and tested inducer motor for heat to make sure it was working properly for when the gas is up and running. Thank you for choosing TE certified!
