Performed diagnostic on 14yr old Payne heat pump, upon arrival customer stated unit wasn’t working, stated house has been vacant over three months and last time unit ran was ac mode and it produced water in secondary pan, checked tstst, cycled to heat mode outdoor unit started up but not indoor unit, went in attic to inspect system, checked heat strips , checked ok, checked blower motor, getting 24v on speed tap , and 240 on high voltage side , failed blower motor, recommend replacing blower, also noticed blower is impacted, recommended cleaning blower wheel as well, inspected evap coil, found heavily rusted, also looks to be oil residue on primary drain pan, explained to customer without airflow we can’t check pressures until blower is replaced, explained there could be other issues, highly recommend replacing , customer stated he is looking to sell house and don’t wanna replace, called for pricing and availability of blower, per supply house motor will have to be ordered and will tak
