We arrived on site to resolve lighting issues in the basement. The homeowner has grandchildren that like to play in the basement but didn’t have sufficient light. We added a sub panel in the basement to make room for the basement additions. We rerouted circuits from the main panel to the sub panel to make room for the sub panel breaker and surge protector breaker. We added 5 outlets in the basement. We installed a new circuit for the outlets and the new basement lights. We added 8 lights in the basement. We removed the existing 2 keyless lights and added the 8 LED disc lights. We separated the lights in the basement so that the basement living room lights will come on independently from the other lights. A new switch leg was added for the 8 new lights. We made it to where the basement living room lights can be turned on as you come into the basement from upstairs as well as outside. We installed a whole home surge protector in the main panel and sub panel. These are on their own 50 amp
