Came back because customer noticed water was way too hot when shower was in use….. upon inspection It was discovered that the shower valve in the master bathroom was not allowing proper mixing and we need to be replaced to correct the issue. Also found that the toilet was leaking through the closet flange when we pulled the toilet we found that the flange was too low and would need to be removed and replaced in order to set toilet properly. Work Performed removed old Moen shower cartridge and installed a new cartridge which fixed the mixing issue. In addition, we also removed toilet flange and installed a new toilet flange. We reset toilet and tested it to be working properly with no leaks.
