Homeowner was having issues with the relief lines/ condensate discharge that was draining into a hub drain in the basement. The line was overflowing causing water to leak into the finished area of the basement. We installed new lines to the exterior of the home. The new lines were sealed around the exterior wall with silicone. Cut and removed the existing hub drain. The t&p valves on both heaters were replaced in as well as the low point drains. The thermal expansion tank was replaced with the new one being mounted to a bracket to provide proper support. Everything was tested for proper operation. We tested the shower for a pan leak which was confirmed. This was done as a courtesy.
