Upon arrival customer stated that down stairs system did not have any power to thermostat and was not working properly. After inspection of system found that fuse was blown at system not allowing 24volts to the system. Found that outdoor contactor failed and when contactor would try to activate it would not have enough power and blew the fuse. The blower wheel is dirty, blower capacitor tested good with no issues, inside system was clean, condensation pump and drain line was not connected into pump, water has been draining in crawl space. Outdoor condenser coils were very dirty, outdoor capacitor tested good with no issues. For downstairs recommended new fuse, contactor, blower wheel cleaning, drain line repair, clean outdoor condenser coils, system filter, hard start kit for compressor and Uv light. Customer approved all repairs except Uv light. Made all repairs for system tested in heat and cool. When system was running in heat the high limit switch activated, found high limit switch
