Performed 1 system diagnostic on zoned system. Found main level zone damper removed, no wiring connected to main level, duct work pieced together and not sealed, armouflex torn and no insulating lineset, dirty blower, incorrect capacitor, furnace was refurbished, incorrect gas connection, no gas sediment trap, incorrect flue piping, tape on flue pipe, incorrect bypass damper, duct work not strapped up causing multiple restriction points, no te standard flood protection, duct board plenums, side of furnace taped off with a sheet of metal, duct work air leaks and openings. Due to cost of repairs and amount of repairs need to get unit operational and up to code recommended replacement and investment of new unit.
