I came out today and wired in a new dedicated GFCI protected 20 amp circuit from the panel located in the laundry room to the crawlspace. In the crawlspace I wired in a new location receptacle 15’ left of the crawl space door for a dehumidifier. The breaker is on circuit #18 in the main panel. I wired in a new location switch by the entrance with (3) new keyless fixtures and 100w equivalent LED lamps in the crawl space as well. We will need to make an opening on the laundry room wall to get access to the crawlspace space. We will put a plate and box on after installation. After the work was completed I tested the lighting and the safety feature of the breaker to ensure it is working properly. I also preformed a free electrical check up today and this is what was found: -Attic- In the attic I found a bunch of loose wiring and open junction boxes. I found the bath fan to not be vented as well. -Panel- The panel is a GE 200 amp main breaker type and I found 1/0 copper to be feeding t
During our visit, a customer supplied water heater was installed in the crawl space. A new pressure reducing valve was also installed along with a ball valve. After the water heater was installed, there appeared to be no power getting to the heater. The customer plans to fix this issue. The master bathroom was repiped due to multiple shark bite fittings in the walls. Tile was removed to access the shower valve. The customer plans to remove the shower entirely soon. A new p-trap was added in the master lavatory as well. All repairs were tested for leaks after completion.
