Came out for Home Care heating/cooling check on 2011 Goodman Package AC/Furnace. Customer selling home and just wanted a regular maintenance. Changed out 20x20x1 filter. Cleared p trap, no safety switches in place. Vacuumed furnace cabinet and cleared leaves from condenser. Cleaned flame sensor and pressure switch port. Verified heating and cooling all operational. Did find blower wheel with dust build up, recommended pulling and cleaning. Main recommendation is to have Install Supervisor come out to discuss new system options due to age and condition of current equipment. Customer declined recommendations for today. Left inspection report and sent quotes via email
