We arrived today to check problems with lights not working. We also checked on power usage to a medical bed. Power was working properly on the lighting circuit. Both basement lights and kitchen light have bad ballast. In the bedroom it was explained to us that the circuit would sometimes trip if the heater was on. The heater plus medical bed pulls 24 amps together with only a 15 amp circuit supplying power to the room. We are returning Monday to install a new circuit for the bedroom and install LED retrofits on all 3 lights. It was nice meeting both of you today! See you Monday! Brandon
