Homeowner had us out today because they noticed that their second floor system is not giving good airflow. Upon arrival, homeowner informed us that he noticed in one particular room that the airflow seems very light from the rest of the house. The system is a 2019 Goodman split system. We noticed the rebuild up on the blower wheel and the blower motor itself is over amping at 7.02. We also noticed that the 20 MFD capacitor for the unit is almost out of range at 19.01. We did notice a little biological growth on the inside of the system and there is no flood protection on the unit. We went to check the outdoor unit and noticed that the 40/5 capacitor is out of range. The condenser coil is extremely dirty and needs to be clean. We checked refrigerant pressures which were within manufacture specifications. Homeowner will call us back to schedule date for all repairs
