Came out for leak updates hall bathroom found tub and shower valve leaking behind wall going downstairs ceiling gave estimate customer agreed took out old tub and shower valve replaced with new tub and shower valve also the waste and overflow needs to be replaced the tub needs to come out to repair sub flooring.
