Came out today to perform one system no cool HVAC service call Upon arrival found coil door off of system, spoke with homeowner and she stated another company had previously been out. Upon inspection of the system found outdoor condenser coil dirty, the outdoor capacitor was weak, and indoor blower wheel dirty. upon starting the system up, found refrigerant levels very low, which indicates a leak in the system, after speaking with customer and discussing repair options, she stated she will get back in touch. At this time system is not working and recommended to be left in the off position. Also gave customer options of possible repairs once leak is found.
