Upon arrival found that the disconnect switch appears to have been stolen. The covering was not secured, lifted up and noticed that the switch was completely gone. Opened up the outdoor unit cabinet, found the capacitor to be missing along with melted wires, and the contactor wiring also not wired in Check voltage at the disconnect power is coming to the disconnect, but without the switch, it will not work. Customer is going through insurance typed up estimates for repairs to get the unit up and running. They stated they will send over to their insurance company and call us back once that is cleared with them.
