Client has us out today because there is a leak causing damage to the flooring in the master bathroom as well as the ceiling in the living room below. The leak is Colima from a pin hole in the cpvc cold line, not sure as how exactly it happened but it’s spraying out constantly causing immediate damage around and below the toilet. I presented options and today we just went with replacing the emergency stop for the master bathroom toilet. Water is back on with no leaks. Water mitigation was contacted.
