For this job, I completed a one system AC inspection only. I measured all the electrical components of the indoor unit as well as inspected the blower wheel and evaporator coil. I inspected the ductwork, as well as proceeded to inspect the outdoor unit measure all its electrical components and get pressure readings. I explained all my findings to the customer as well as provided estimates. I also spoke to her about our maintenance membership and offered an estimate of that as well.
