The homeowner had a pinhole leak in the copper waterline leading to the toilet, which was caused by high water pressure at 160 psi. To address this issue, I replaced the line going to the toilet with PEX piping and also replaced the shut-off valve, as the old one was broken. Additionally, I replaced the homeowner's toilet due to its age. I replaced the main shut-off valve and the pressure regulator because they were leaking, and I adjusted the water pressure from 160 psi to a new setting of 65 psi. I also replaced the hose bib shut-off valve. Furthermore, I replaced the old water heater, which was also aged, with a new 50-gallon water heater, including an expansion tank and a new shut-off valve. I ran ½-inch gas line to the new water heater, as the old line was copper and needed to be replaced with black iron.
