Customer had a leak coming from the base of the toilet. Pulled up the toilet and inspected the flange. Due to the led flange being old and not in the best condition I recommended to the customer to replace. The replacement consists of cutting drywall in the ceiling below, cutting cast iron pipe and replacing the pipe up to the toilet with pvc. Customer decided to reset the toilet on current flange with new wax ring. Replaced handle as courtesy. After install I turned the water back on to the toilet and tested for leaks and proper function.
