Install customer supplied chandelier in dining room. Install crystals on chandelier. Expand switch box and install additional dimmer for light fixture. Expand switch box in basement for new light switch and customer supplied sconce light to be installed. Install wiring and box. Box must be installed for light fixture, however customers light fixture will not cover the box. smart switches or additional wiring required to control light fixtures from top of stairs. Install (2) additional lights in garage ceiling, install pvc conduit on ceiling to get wiring to location(if necessary). Install boxes and customer supplied fixtures.
