For this job, I completed a two system AC inspection only. I measured all the electrical components of the indoor unit as well as inspected the blower wheel and all major components. Then proceeded to inspect the outdoor unit and measure all electrical components as well as get pressure readings and temperature readings. I explained all my findings to the customer as well as provided estimates. The main concern is that the upstairs unit is low on refrigerant not allowing the system to cool efficiently. I provided a bandaid option to just add refrigerant as well as an option to perform a leak test.
